A winter favourite and by far the easiest soup to make. Throw it all in the pot and it’s ready in know time.

It used to take me more than three hours to cook a loaf of bread in my Bread Maker and it never came out crusty. Problem solved...out went the Bread Maker in came the Cast Iron pot with lid (which btw, is multi-purpose as I use it to cook casseroles and soups too).
This winter warmer is a fav of mine and the whole fam. So easy to whip up and oh so hearty and tasty.
I love fried chicken who doesn’t. But I never really make it as I loath the whole egg, flour and crumbs steps, it’s so messy. My mum solved this problem with this super easy and super delicious recipe. This recipe does however, for best results, require you to marinate chicken for 2 hours (overnight is even better).
A light summer favourite in my household. Also great to whip up for an afternoon tea get together
When I first heard about pancakes with no flour I must admit I rolled my eyes thinking that would taste naasty!!
But as they say, don‘t knock it till you try it. This super easy and delicious recipe is so quick to whip up. |
