Sweet Potato soup

This super easy soup is so delicious and easy to make and just blend with a stick mixer

INGREDIENTS
- 6 to 8 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic knobs
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock

PREP
- chop ingredients and cook in a pot with olive oil 
- stir all ingredients for 5 minutes
- add all the spices stir another minute
- add stock
- cook with lid on for 20-25 minutes until soft
- use stick mixer to blend all the soup together
- add cream and chives (optional) 
- ENJOY!
